How can I pay when I shop at Kitproshop.com?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery and Paypal. We reserve the right to decline Paypal orders with an "unconfirmed Address"

How long will it take to process my order?

We will process and ship your order within 2 business days. However, if your order contains items that are backordered, special order, or limited availability, our sales will e-mail you for further instruction of short-shipment to your order, or the entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship.

What if I need to change or cancel to my order?

As long as your order has not been sent, you can contact our admin team kpsorder@kitproshop.com and make changes or cancel your order.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We currently only offer shipping to Continent USA and Canada only.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?

Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also sign in to My Account to track your order.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see our detailed Return Policy.

Do you charge sales tax?

All prices are tax included. However, you will be responsible for paying any duty should there be any upon delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our warehouse by emailing kpsorder@kitproshop.com Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policy for returns.

Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?

Yes, customer will be charged once the order is confirmed.

How to print the order confirmation?

Simply print a copy of the email confirmation we sent to you or use the “Print Screen” function.
